About the role
Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Resident Site Engineers to manage daily construction-site execution, coordinate site activities, and ensure project work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
Monitor progress against project schedules.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings.
Conduct site inspections and resolve execution issues.
Coordinate material and manpower requirements.
Maintain daily site progress reports.
Requirements
7–10+ years of relevant site engineering experience.
Strong experience in construction-site execution and coordination.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Experience coordinating contractors and site teams.
Good reporting and problem-solving skills.
