Work Setup: Hybrid
Work Location: MOA, Pasay
Start Date: January 2027
Qualifications:
- Clinical Experience of 2 years
- Coding Experience: 1 to 2 years
- Must have USRN & PHRN and Active CPC/CCS Certificate
- Additional Skill: 1 to 2 years of Coding Experience
Responsibilities:
- Perform medical coding for US healthcare records with focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure timely coding.
- Provider Queries (CDI): Clarify vague or missing data by sending queries to U.S. healthcare providers.
- Claim Optimization: Ensure accurate billing to reduce immediate insurance claim denials.
- Compliance Audits: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and CMS regulatory standards.
