PC Spare Parts Retail Sales Representative

· Conduct all transactions with customers pleasantly and courteously with an emphasis on customer service.

· Follow-up on back-orders, provide customers with timely information on the status of back-ordered parts, and ensure order delivery to the customer on the promised date.

· Achieve and maintain high CSI rating.

· Educate the customers on the advantages of using genuine parts such as performance, safety etc.

· Handle the sale and promotion of parts and accessories.

· Offer new products and accessories to customers.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales and profit target.

· Follow up with customers for new orders.

· Create new customers / sales through personal contact, Tel calls, SMS etc.

· Close all invoices and apply it with its cash receipts. 

· Attend cash ــ customers to fulfill their requirements by supplying correct parts.

· Receiving and collecting money from Customers, extracting Receipt and Final invoices.

· Receive customer enquiries and identify the correct part numbers using the parts catalogues.

· Ensure stock accuracy of parts in the location and ensure that the required parts availability is maintained through timely replenishment from central warehouse and other branches.

Technological Requirements: Good command of Microsoft Suites
