Ready Parts PC WholeSales Representative

· Follow up customer accounts, ensure that all invoices are closed with their receipts and submit a report on lost sales / sales report / visit report etc.

· Ensure timely and accurate parts delivery to the customer on the promised date, maintain high CSI rating and collect the credit documents needed to open or renew credit limits for the existing and new customers.

· Educate the customers on the advantages of using genuine parts & Ready parts product such as performance, safety etc.

· Handle sales and promotion of parts and accessories.

· Offer new products and accessories to customers.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales and profit target.

· Follow up with the stock control department for back ordered parts, follow up with warehouse for orders preparation and collect the shortage from the branches.

· Provide regular feedback on the market and competitors' activities to the management via prompt and regular reporting.

· Prepare a written weekly, monthly plan of sales calls, visits indicating places and customers' names and collecting the end of month checks for the credit customers

· Work on increasing sales amounts for the current Authorized dealers, wholesales customers Vs. last year and decreasing percentage of return amounts as possible.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
Special Certification or Training Required:
Required Industry Experience: Minimum 0-1 Year of Experience in a similar sales position in the automotive industry
Technological Requirements: Good command of Microsoft Suites
Language Requirements: Good command of English (spoken and written)
